When you are enquiring about a particular payment through our website please quote your Payment Reference number.
You will require the following details to renew your TV Licence:
17 digit TV Reference number
Valid Credit/Debit card
Please ensure that you have your most recent TV Licence notice at hand as the PIN changes each year.
You do not require a TV Reference number or PIN if you are purchasing a First Time Licence.
